Material Preparation

It would be the most important for quality control from the beginning.  All parts prepared by experienced workers according to our QC standard.  All well done material will be delivered to manufacturing stations by proper transport containers or vehicles to avoid touching dirty ground, and the dust.

All the material will be cut according to the right Patterns by proper way of Electric Scissors or Die Cutting to match the right size and parts.  Printing or Embroidery will be normally done during this process.  Material and Parts will be checked also during this process, to make sure the following production will go with qualified material.

Our Neoprene Foam was sliced and laminated by specialized factory according to the specifications and QC standard we request to meet different demands of various fabric functions. The printing material could meet the environmental standard, and operate by a skillful team with our own printing way to make sure no peeling problem.  Embossing and Peeling process are well done by our custom made facilities and tooling with exact quality control.
